The good weather is one of the main appeals of Lanzarote and in fact good weather is the usual here. Mild winters and summers with temperatures neither cold nor too high and little rain make this island a perfect destination for your holiday.
Lanzarote is one of the Canary islands with less rains, sunshine is almost guaranteed all year round. It is also a bit warmer than the most western islands, although the wind and the sea breeze can be a bit chilly especially at night.
The temperature hardly ever falls under 15 ºC (around 64 ºF), and it doesn’t reach really high either, staying around 25 ºC (75 ºF). Even the temperature of the water is nice, between 18 and 25 ºC.
The coldest months in Lanzarote are December, January and February, but even during the winter months you will find around 8 hours of sun daily and temperatures around 20ºC (75ºF).
